Umm… well it is supposed to be a somewhat humorous, perhaps slightly unhinged rant, rather than an attempt at serious argument.

However, I’m not sure it is guilty of any ‘Ad hominem’ fallacy, if that’s what you’re suggesting. It attacks the attitude of certain people, but it makes clear points about what’s wrong with that attitude. Although it includes some insults, it does not rely on insults in order to obscure a lack of argument.
