The article is not ‘ignoring natural physiological facts.’ I am perfectly aware that there are physiological differences between men and women, but there are physiological differences between any two people (with the possible exception of identical twins!). I just think it’s quite reasonable that many people want to watch the best athletes, regardless of their gender. And I think athletes should be able to compete with other athletes of the same or similar ability, regardless of their gender. If you don’t think that’s reasonable, please say so, but please also explain why you don’t think that’s reasonable. Is there something wrong with men and women competing against each other?
