Other than you objecting to the conventional uses of terms such as ‘funds’ and ‘borrowing,’ it isn’t entirely clear, I’m afraid, what main point it is you wish to make.

You seem to be straying onto the subject of how money is created — and that is perhaps something that should be argued over elsewhere.

Whilst I am aware that some people suggest ‘funding’ Basic Income other than through taxation, I am just pointing out that it can be ‘funded’ (in the customary sense of the word) through relatively minor adjustments to the tax system. But if you have an alternative suggestion, perhaps you should write an article on the subject and explain your ideas in more detail?
