Apple doesn't have any "industrial capacity," as far as we know. They outsource all their manufacturing. And they can no doubt afford to purchase all the capaicty they'll need, given a reasonable timescale.

And whilst the performance of the M1 may have been hyped a little in the marketing, reviews suggest it is hugely impressive. And this is just the start. More powerful version are on their way - perhaps quite soon.
