Co-housing sounds like it could be great, if only you could find enough decent people that you would wish to be co-housed with.

With most people, co-housing sounds awful. There’s just too many shitty, selfish people around.

But then again, if everyone lived in co-housing and co-housing had been the norm for a long term, perhaps people wouldn’t be nearly so shitty and selfish as they are now.
