Don’t you ever find, however, that the nicer and more reasonable you are, the more that pisses people off? If someone has made errors and you insult them, they can tell themselves you’re just a hate-filled crackpot. But if you’re reasonable and nice, that focuses attention on their errors. And they find that far more offensive than merely being insulted.
